My Cattery will give your Queen the best quality
treatment during her
stay with us. She shall be
given high quality cat food
Science Diet
Nature's
Best or if you'd
like another brand please supply it. She will
have room
to rest, play, and be at ease.
Your Queen will be placed in a room together with my
stud until I see
them breed, to ensure a pregnancy.
Then she will be observed and
rebred if she does not
appear pregnant at no charge however you
must reship
your Queen back to me if you find she is not pregnant
after she has been sent home.
I will not be responsible for any medical expenses your
queen needs
while she is here. The stress of the
change of location, fluctuation in
temperatures, and
environmental conditions to which the Queen may
be
exposed, exposure to other animals, airborne, latent,
surface
bacteria, viruses, exposure to disease or
infection in any form, or
many other sources of
infection, may result in illness to the queen.
No kittens offspring produced from my male and your
queen can be
sold as breeding cats. You have
permission to keep kittens for your
breeding
purposes. If you want to sell kittens from said with
breeding
rights then the stud owner is entitled to
two pick of the litter kittens
(instead of the normal one kitten)
from the litter are requested as
payment for stud
services and ability to sell kittens from litter with
full breeding registration. Also kittens from litter
cannot be leased or
studded out to anyone. This goes
for best friends & family members
as well. Payment
for stud service for this breeding is
either $2000.00
up front or first pick of the litter
kitten with no breeding restrictions
"if the decision is made by Queen owner to sell
breeding kittens from
said litter and the $2000.00
was paid upfront then Queen owner would
still owe &
give Stud owner one pick of the litter kitten above the
$2000.00 paid upfront". If additional kitten or fee is
not paid then
ALL
the remaining kittens from said litter are to be sold as
pets only. If
you break this contract in
anyway
then seller will sue Queen owner in
small claims
court in the (county: Sullivan, state: Tennessee) for
the
maximum amount of $ 4000.00
My male has veterinary proof he has no feline disease.
You must
provide proof of Queen being free from any
feline diseases. It is also
agreed that if he
becomes ill from his breeding with said Queen then
Queen owner agrees to pay half of his veterinary
expenses.
We the undersigned, agree with
ALL
the terms and conditions of this
Contract, as stated herein, and by signing wish to be
legally bound
by them. Furthermore, we the
undersigned affirm that this Contract constitutes the
totality of the agreement between the Stud and Queen
Owner. Number of female kittens agreed upon that must be
provide
with in 5 months of date contract is signed.
